We offer youth, teens and adults a chance to move, to connect and to align their bodies and minds through inspired practice. We teach finely-crafted technique in classical ballet, Pilates and yoga, bringing years of professional training and experience to our students and clients.
Our Philosophy: Carbondale to the Core
Since opening Coredination Movement Studio 10 years ago, grace and expression have remained and have become more defined as corner stones of this studio and Bonedale Ballet; in the form of mindfully crafted core movement. Seventy years of combined professional ballet and dance experience has congealed into a common thread that brings their trained eye as certified Pilates and yoga instructors to students who value grace, core strength extraordinaire, alignment, good posture, solid technique and joy of movement to their practice. Ballet and Pilates are gold standards of movement that take years to master and longer to teach effectively. The body, muscles and spirit have a memory. Students come to us who value grace as much as strength. We teach them how to intelligently refine their movement which is expressed and demonstrated in obvious external carriage of the body and posture, increased range of motion and suppleness of tendons and tissues.
Coredination came to be ten years ago, September 2004 and two lifetimes in the making.......its really about refined movement that is not just for movement sake; its about intelligently walking with and expressing our bodies desire to authentically interact with activity so our spirits can become connected to this world. What we choose to do and how we practice expresses more about us than anything. Activities are reflected in our bodies DNA memory, grace, sunshine, a good diet, concentration, serenity and fulfillment go hand in hand.
